The above is a Lingzhi Mushroom, also known as Reishi Mushroom.
It has been used as a medicinal mushroom for more than 2000 years.
This herb is held in high regard due to its healing properties including boosting one's immune system and eliminating toxin.
Not all Lingzhi Mushroom has the shaped of a 'helping hand' though.
